It is a fantastic location for someone who wants the best of both worlds – the tranquility of a town house near the river where you can relax and enjoy a picnic, swim or soak up the sun and yet still have easy access to the coast and the city. The fact that it has been recently renovated is great news – you get the charm of an old style outlook but with all the modern conveniences. And the good bus connections to the coast and Granada make it easy to explore the surrounding areas. It’s in a nice village with all the amenities you need – shops, bars, restaurants, and even a school and kindergarden for families. The house has 2 floors and really nice outside space. Overall, seems like a great place to call home!
